What we collect and why
- Your email address and Stripe customer ID, to know you have an active subscription and to send sign-in links. Lawful basis: contract.
- Payment and billing address details are collected and held by Stripe, not by us. We never see your full card number.
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in. It's strictly necessary, so no cookie banner is needed. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies.
What stays on your phone
The job notes, checklist ticks and template answers you type are saved only in your browser on your device. They are never sent to us.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, which processes payments.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the app and its database.
- Resend, which sends the sign-in emails.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your email and subscription record while you're subscribed and for up to 6 years afterwards for tax and accounting purposes. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
